Governors elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party will today meet former Rivers State Governor and Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
The meeting is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, November 1 at the Minister’s office, Garki at 11, Abuja.
A statement by the Director General of the PDP Governors Forum, CID Maduabum, said the proposed meeting is geared towards reconciliation and mediation.
According to Maduabum, the decision to pay Wike a visit was reached at the Governors’ last meeting in Abuja on Tuesday night.

The PDP Governors’ Forum, under the leadership of the Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, in a communiqué read after a meeting of the group at the Oyo State Lodge in Abuja on Tuesday, commended President Bola Tinubu for his intervention in the political crisis.
The statement read in part “The Chairman of the Forum, Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, hereby requests member Governors to converge at his residence, No 1 Miriam Aloma Muktar Street, Asokoro, opposite Rivers State Governors Lodge at 10.45 am to accompany him for the visit.”
The visit is slated to hold in the FCT Minister’s office, by 11am.
