Zack Orji Survived Two Brain Surgeries, He Is Fine -Actors Guild
The Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, says veteran actor, Zack Orji underwent two successful brain surgeries.
The national President of AGN, Emeka Rollas, who revealed this, said he is in good health.
Rollas said that Zack needed to be flown abroad for a post-surgery evaluation, expressing his disappointment at those who spread false information about Zack’s death.
“Because of the internet age, people just want to grow their page and they can spill nonsense, that was why somebody woke up yesterday morning and said Zack has passed on and I quickly reacted.
“Zack is never in a position of seriously needing attention as we speak, if not because of privacy I would have just connected him on the phone here, you will see him.
“He just needs a post-surgery evaluation abroad which we are gradually gathering money to send him abroad for that.
“He has survived two brain surgeries, he is in good health, and he is speaking. For somebody to wake up and say that Zack has passed on, is inhuman,” he said.
Recall that on Thursday, rumours broke out that the actor had died but Emeka Rollas swiftly debunked the claims.
Zack Orji had slumped on December 31, 2023, and was immediately admitted to the intensive care unit of the National Hospital in Abuja, before he was transferred to a private hospital for surgery.

Women Have To Accept Me, I’m Part Of The Sisterhood – Bobrisky
“Women have no choice. They have to accept me as part of the sisterhood. I’m a woman.”
Nigerian transgender Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky, has declared herself a woman while asserting that women have no choice but to accept her as part of the sisterhood.
This declaration comes in a fresh post with the caption: “Women have no choice. They have to accept me as part of the sisterhood. I’m a woman.”
This declaration follows Bobrisky winning the award for best dressed in the female category.
In response to winning the award despite not being biologically female, many Nollywood stars and concerned Nigerians have voiced their opinions on the shocking event.
Amid the criticism following the award, Bobrisky, in a fresh statement, made it clear that he demands respect from women and everyone else and must not be criticized as she identifies herself as a woman.
He went on to add that women should accept her as part of the sisterhood, as there’s nothing else they can do but accept since she identifies as female.

Video: Femi Adebayo Told Me He Was Invited by Police for Promoting LGBTQ” – Dayo Amusa
Nollywood actor, Femi Adebayo, has reportedly been invited for questioning over issues surrounding the ‘Best-Dressed’ female award to controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okunneye, popularly known as Bobrisky.
JomogNews reports that Femi’s colleague, Dayo Amusa, made this known during a live Instagram session while addressing the controversies over the award, which has generated an online fight.
According to Dayo, Femi Adebayo was summonsed by the police and Muslim community for promoting LGBTQ in Nigeria.
The movie star also slammed Femi’s wife over claims that she is envious of her husband’s career, describing such thought as shallow-minded.
Dayo added that Femi’s wife, Aladuke, has the right to defend her husband but not insult her.
She said, “So initially, I said I wasn’t going to say anything, but at this juncture, I will talk. Let me start from the genesis of this crisis, I am not going back on my words, that Bobrisky didn’t deserve to win the Best Dressed. I know that behind every action, there is a reaction and I don’t have power over anyone’s reaction.
“Aladuke, the wife of Femi Adebayo, me and you don’t have issue until now and I said I respected the way you defended your husband but the way you addressed it, calling me names made me feel you’re shallow-minded. And I want to believe your husband didn’t call your attention to our conversation. He called me this morning and said he thought my post was just a cruise but people were taking things to the extreme and I made him know that we don’t have control over people’s reactions.
“He said Muslim communities are calling his attention to it and that police have invited him for questioning that he was promoting gay.”
