Seyitan Temidayo Babatayo, the lady who accused popular singer, D’banj of raping her in a Lagos hotel in 2018 has through her Counsel written the office of the Inspector general of Police asking them to discontinue investigations on the rape petition she filed against him.
The Police have also closed the case citing lack of evidence.
