Countless times, more than I can remember or make reference to, I have been asked why I choose Atiku.
Some just do away with prefixes or suffixes and simply say “Why Atiku?” and I say to them, “Why not Atiku?”
More than anyone, I crave for a Nigeria they works, I crave for a Nigeria that wipes the tears of her children and lifts us out of this dungeon we have found ourselves in.
I want peace and security for every child out there and knowing what I know and where we stand, our best shot is Atiku.
Atiku Abubakar not only has the experience needed to put this country on its wheels again, he is also a man who has a strong passion for the youths and their welfare, a man who continues to work assiduously even as a civilian to put food on the table of many Nigerians with his unending flow of job creation.
Many would still erroneously say “He is a thief”
A thief? When and how did he become a thief and I laugh when they say he stole while working in the customs?
Isn’t it so funny that he’s been able to sustain himself with the wealth he stole 30 years ago?
For if Atiku was in the position to steal and amass wealth for himself while in the government, we already know the hawks would be chasing him right now!
With our complacency and lackadaisical attitudes, we have continued to crown ‘Kings’ who do not have our best interest at hearts, Kings who have only made our lives worse than we imagined.
Term in term out, we have watched as the condition of the country deteriorated drastically and who do we have to blame?
Ourselves, for selling our conscience to the highest bidder.
The truth is no one can make Nigeria work than the one who really wants to make it work.
No one can make Nigeria work than the one who knows how to make it work.
It is one thing to want and it is another thing to know.
Atiku wants and also knows…
Why not let a man who has this double options do the work instead of another trial with a man who wants but does not know or a man who knows but does not want!
2023 is tickling in and we can do better than sit on the fence, we can do better than combat ourselves on the social media, we can do better than fight with our keypads…
This is the time to fight with our conscience fight for our future and the future of our children and their children.
Atiku can do it. He is ready and if he is not tired, why should we be?
The time is now, God willing, Nigeria will be great again but it begins with you and I and of course, our conscience!!!
