He gave the order while congratulating the NNPCL following the successful revival of the Port Harcourt refinery.

He expressed appreciation for former President Muhammadu Buhari’s role in commencing the rehabilitation of the nation’s refineries and acknowledged the African Export-Import Bank’s support in financing the project.

Tinubu reaffirmed his government’s commitment to improving Nigeria’s refinery capacity, with the goal of transforming the country from a crude oil exporter to one that refines its own resources.

He called for patience, integrity, and accountability in the nation’s infrastructure projects, urging all stakeholders to maintain trust and dedication in their service to the country.

Meanwhile, a number of trucks are currently on the lineup for loading petroleum products at the Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC).

Products such as Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Automatic Gas Oil (AGO), and Dual Purpose Kerosene (DPK) are being refined at the facility.
