The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has uncovered another extreme method deployed by a drug trafficker to conceal illicit drugs.
This time, the trafficker concealed the drugs in his car tyre while traveling along the Abuja-Kaduna highway.
The trafficker thought he was smart but the NDLEA operatives on night patrol proved smarter.
Reacting to the discovery on Tuesday morning, NDLEA’s Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, said;
“This is yet another revelation of how disingenuous drug traffickers can be to conceal illicit substances in their bid to evade detection.
“This video shows how a mule hid illicit drugs in his car tyre, traveling with it in the night along the Abuja-Kaduna highway.
“Yet still got caught by @ndlea_nigeria officers on night patrol.”
