JomogNews Nigeria reports that popular restaurant, Chicken Republic has come under heavy backlash after sacking two security guards for dancing while discharging their duties.

Many social media users have blasted the restaurant for sacking workers who were only showing that they derive joy in working as security guards at the company.

In the video of them dancing which was shared on social media, they were seen showing their dancing skills on tiktok in several recordings.

Chicken Republic security men who were sacked for dancing in a viral video have alleged they were dismissed and their employers have refused to pay them despite showing up to work for a full month.
