Billionaire businessman and entrepreneur Mr Leo Anuforo has been killed by gunmen in Imo state

First hand information revealed by our source said Mr. Anuforo’s convoy as he was traveling on Monday in Ideato South Local Government Area of Imo State.

IgbereTV reports that billionaire Anuforo who is also a Community Leader and Managing Director/CEO of Lorag Consortium died instantly from a bullet shot through his chest at close range during the attack on his convoy.

An eye witness who pleaded anonymity said over 10 persons were killed during the attack including 3 police officers attached to Mr. Anuforo and others persons some of them caught up in the rain of bullets, suggestive of a hit assassination job.

Meanwhile another convoy on seeing the chaos at the scene helped the wounded and some of the dead to a nearby hospital where they were confirmed dead.

His community, Okohia-Isiekenes in Ideato South LGA have been thrown in to mourning as the police in the state says it’s investigating the case.
