In what will come across as a really shocking development, a psychiatric hospital has been allegedly looted in Calabar.
Some of the mentally ill patients in the facility reportedly escaped from the psychiatric hospital in Calabar, Cross River State, following the raid by hoodlums.
Some of the hoodlums carted away with office equipment and mattresses.
