Although it was not confirmed when the additional security operatives, military armoured vehicles were deployed in some strategic locations of the state, DAILY POST observed the presence of additional fierce-looking security operatives as early as 6:30am.

As early as 7:00am, customers flooded several commercial banks across the state, waiting for 8:00am when bank staff were due to resume.

As at the time of filing this report, the state was peaceful, with residents transacting their normal businesses.

Recall that the state government, through the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Mr. Samuel Aruwan, said it received credible reports of some individuals who want to use the present cash swap challenges to cause unnecessary conflict, advising residents to stay out of trouble.
