Pastor Danjuma Tafa-Balewa of the Redeemed Christian church of God, Cornerstone Parish (My Father’s House), Okota is dead, JomogNews Nigeria reports.
A source told the online medim that Pastor Danujma died of COVID-19 complications.
According to IDOMA VOICE, the cleric and his wife, Vera as well as some family members had been on isolation after testing positive to the virus.
Sources said the cleric, who has been on oxygen for more than two weeks now, lost battle to the virus around 12am on Saturday.
He was recently in Bauchi to bury his mother.
His wife, Vera hailed from Orokam, In Ogbadibo LGA of Benue state.
